Ava-Rae is a junior and an Honors English II student. She is the vice-president of her school’s wellness club that works to maintain the emotional well-being of her peers. Being in the classroom excites Ava as she works towards being a special-needs teacher. She has prior experience teaching from tutoring special needs adults in common core math. Ava enjoys sharing her guitar skills by playing for her local church and fundraisers. She enjoys playing the guitar, reading, and creating poetry.
